<p>The majority of the additional funds, about $75 billion, will go to the pentagon to help alleviate the conditions of ongoing war effort in Iraq and Afghanistan.</p>
<p>The rest of the funds would go to non-war spending like improving diplomatic relations with allies and may also be used as emergency funds for unexpected calamities.</p>
