After telling poor Miley Cyrus to “make a sex tape” and “do some heroin” on his radio show “The Foxxhole”, actor Jamie Foxx made a public apology during the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” saying that “There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart.”

Miley Cryus has yet to release a statement but tweeted this on her twitter page : “If you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all”.

Foxx and his crew decided to make fun of the “Hannah Montana” star when she publicly vowed to ruin Radiohead’s career when they refused to meet Cyrus backstage during the 51st Annual Grammy Awards.
