While Mary Delgado have been lucky in love in 6th season of The Bachelor, she didn’t get the same bunch of luck with the law. Delgado was arrested this Saturday for the second time in less than a year. She was detained in Del Rio, Texas for unruliness and refusing to leave Lorina’s Cantina, a local bar. Despite her claims that it was her “constitutional right” to remain at the bar as long as she wants, the police charged her of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting arrest. 

On her way to Val Verde Correctional Facility, Delgado burst up her frustrations to the officers and even the police car. The police suspected that she was loud and belligerent and that she kicked the radio inside the police cruiser. Delgado only remained at the Correctional Facility nearly an hour, before her Bachelor Byron Velvick posted her bail.

The most amazing part of the story, Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado are still together and still plan to marry. Good luck to you guys!
